The Left 4 Teletubbies mod created by flameknight7 changes all the common infected into Teletubbies.

The sounds have also been altered so you'll hear the infamous Dipsy, Laa-Laa, Tinky Winky and Po shout they're names as you blast them away with your shotgun.
