Much like Order of War earlier this week, it appears that folks who purchase the upcoming island dictator simulation Tropico 3 via Steam will be getting some extras that are not in the regular edition of the title. According to the Steam site, the Tropico 3 Steam Special Edition will have two extra maps for use in the game's sandbox mode.
In addition to the two new maps, the special Steam addition will also give players two additional costumes that they can use for their dictator avatar that can head down to the island itself to check out its subjects. Big Download just hopes they are appropriately goofy and garish.
The Humble Totally Tropico Bundle just launched today. It features games like Tropico 5, Tropico 4, Tropico 3, along with a number of expansions and DLC.

Again ? They've had great deals since before Black Friday, their end of year sale prices were a bit higher on some things but overall we've had a bunch of decent sales for nearly 2 months...best for me was Resident Evil 4,5 & 6 for $10 each.
The sales have been getting smaller and smaller and many of the games have been on repeat for the last year. And the prices aren't even tempting either, unless you are looking for 360 games that is.
Huh...I'm starting to suspect that if tower defense games had never been invented both XBL and PSN marketplaces would be half the size and twice as good.
