Sports More Important than Wizardry

Wii Sports Resort is ready to take the world by storm. After dominating the Japanese charts for a few weeks before being unseated by the extremely successful launch of Dragon Quest IX from Square Enix, the Nintendo-made sport-oriented game is now taking the first place in the United Kingdom sales chart.

Let's see how many weeks it can spend there, considering that Dragon Quest IX will not be coming to the West for some time. Part of the success of Wii Sports Resort is based on the new Motion Plus add-on for the Wiimote, which is being bundled with the game and enhances the motion tracking capabilities of the Nintendo Wii.
