Some first details taken from Gamefront:
- The game has three classes, namely the Aliens, Predators and Marines, each class has its own distinctive features and options.
- A rock-paper-scissors' principle will be applied for the multiplayer to the system in balance, and the singleplayer addition each class its own campaign.
- The story takes place thirty years after the original Aliens, and is a new planet where a population wants to colonize. In their search for minerals they face ancient ruins there and all hell breaks loose.
- There are many ideas implemented previously, with the older hardware, not possible.
- Aliens vs. Predator should appear in 2010.
