F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin PC multiplayer in jeopardy

The future of F.E.A.R. 2 as a competitive multiplayer game was dealt a massive blow when it was announced that it won't be supported by server files, anti-cheat or an SDK.

Since F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin was released in February, fans have been holding out for more from the multiplayer component of the game. Questions were raised before the game hit the shelves as to whether server files would be released.
