Megawarp: Fallout 3 Review

Megawrap writes: "When I was a child I watched my brother play Fallout 1 and melt the skin off his first super mutant. The graphics of Fallout weren't great, even by 1999 standards, but I still remember the glorious sloshing noise that the Super Mutant's skin made as it sloughed off its bones and the hilarious rattling sound of the bones as they hit the wasteland's ground.

Sometime ago, while walking out of a store, I saw one of those impulse buys that they shove right near the end of the line. Out from between The Cable Guy and Evil Dead 2 stared the cold hard faceplate of a Brotherhood of Steel paladin, with the word Fallout (1) emblazoned above him. And best of all, it was only five dollars."
