The Gamers Cafe - Call of Duty: World at War Review

The Gamers Cafe Writes...

"It must be hard for Treyarch, as having seen CoD 4 release to immense popularity and being in a year into development in their World War Two shooter. But World at War should not be compared to CoD4, as it has some quality graphics and battles that do set it apart on some scale. I personally feel that Treyarch missed a huge opportunity with the co-op campaign feature by allowing veteran achievements to be only completed in solo. Veteran is a hard lonely battle, and if they allowed co-op, it would have set this far apart from the rest of the series as a lot more fun. Halo 3 had this feature for its difficult Legendary and it did it no harm whatsoever. What will be interesting is Treyarch's next step. World War Three with nuclear grenades anyone? Not if they are raining down again."
