If you've been playing Ironclad and Stardock's Sins of a Solar Empire recently (as quite a few people have), you might be interested in Clear Crown Studios' Shattered Suns. Like Sins, it's a real-time strategy game built on a large scale, set in space, and features plenty of options for building fleets of destructive vessels and gradually taking over portions of the galaxy.
