PC Gamer: Savage 2: A Tortured Soul Review

The games drag on for 40 minutes, or even longer, and the pace and general spamminess of combat leaves me uninspired. A mixture of peculiar presentation, popping in and out of first- and third-person, a nagging lack of originality, and frustration with performance leaves me cold.

PC Gamer are certain fans of the original game are being catered to, but for the wider community there are so many other options. PC Gamer just hope Natural Selection 2 can offer something more appealing to the strategic online FPS niche later this year. Savage 2 is a passing acquaintance. Nothing more.
