Warlords Online has launched. Warlords Online is a free browser-based game set in the world of Etheria. Here's how to join and play:
- Register at the website.
- Pick a race out of the many, many choices; don't worry -- you can change your race later on.
- Play puzzle games to earn gold; right now, there is only one gold-earning puzzle, "Warlords Breach". More puzzles will be added later.
- Use gold to recruit troops and amass an army.
- Use your army to attack and defend regions within the world map controlled by players.
- Gain levels as well, but right now they don't actually do anything.
Warning: Warlords Online is so addictive and well-made that its website has been getting hammered ever since it launched on Thursday -- so it can be a bit frustrating trying to play when server crashes are causing some strange bugs.
