Gamer 2.0 Reviews Geometry Wars: Galaxies

"Ever since its release as an arcade game on the Xbox 360, Geometry Wars has pretty much taken the world by storm. Let's be honest here, the developers deserve every penny because Geo Wars has to be the best extra in the history of gaming. The game is essentially something that can be downloaded everywhere, and now Sierra Entertainment is bringing the game to the Nintendo DS for about $25 more than what you can download it for with Geometry Wars: Galaxies. Still, it's worth those pennies."

was my favorite game(and Dead Rising) on 360, when i had one.

nice to see this GREAT game getting some love on the DS.

the DS NEEDS good "actual" games, and this is one of them.

An XBL Arcade game that was given a few new enemies and levels and now it's being branded as a new game that sells on shelves? Give me a break. I absolutely enjoyed Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved, but this title smells like it's being milked.

You have to get your head around the fact that GWG offers several times more content than GWRE offered, and it even includes the XBLA game, too.
