DigitalSpy: Dementium: The Ward Review

Regardless of its problems, Dementium: The Ward is still worth a try, just to get a taste of what the DS can do with a horror title. Having finished it in less than four hours, and not being able to find any reason to replay it (due to its linearity and repetitiveness), it may be better to rent than buy. The tools are there for a ghoulish game, but it needs more variety, more puzzles and more actual game, to stop it from falling short of its potential. It may not make Digital Spy's top ten scariest games list, but in terms of the DS, it's definitely in the top two horror games on the system.
