DSi Outsells All Consoles Combined, 360's Climb Halted

Media Create Sales: 11/10 - 11/16 (Hardware)

Nintendo DSi takes the top spot with 85k sold, more than all home systems (Wii, PS3, 360, PS2) combined.

Notes:
1. DSi outsold all consoles combined.
2. PSP regressing slightly backwards.
3. PS3 still elevated above trends.
4. 360 dropped over 50% over the previous week.
5. Wii has sold between 23k and 30k units for 8 weeks straight.

Poeo ouch is right and so is morganfell. 360 will lose again this gen you all wait and see the system has not gained enough ground with all they've done and many early adopters like myself now out of warranty will move on with the PS3 exclusively knowing that our systems will die at some point and I'm not buying another one this issue is way to widespread for my liking.

Handhelds are one of the things that kept Nintendo loaded with money.

Do you have any proof of that? COnsole games take more money to make then portable games. Yah they do sale for a higher price but also cost more to make.. Which made more money in your opinion? Nintendogs with 20million sold or GTA4 with 8 million sold? I'm pretty sure it was Nintendogs.

Kotaku.com is such an obvious fanboy website. Everytime the 360 sells ONE more copy than the PS3, their headlines read "360 crushes PS3 in sales once again". However, when the PS3 sells a lot more than the 360 (which is often) Kotaku NEVER reports it as bashing. They just title it "Sales report" or something along those lines.....or they just don't report it at all.

I think PS3 sales took a jump after Way of the Samurai 3 came out.Either way I stopped caring for Japan because they just buy casual crap.

PS I'm not hating the Wii or DS but merely some of the casual crap on the systems.Kirby is ok though

I really hope White Knight Story will do really good, like atleast 700K+ in total sales. Just enough to show the difference how JRPG do on PS3 than on 360 and makes Namco and SE looks like idiots.

Im really hoping WKC does well also....this game deserves all the sales plus more and it's made by ther amazing Level 5...

I got a feeling WKC is going to destroy everything in sales in Japan....
......and thats before we find out if the game is even good! One website correctly reported that the PS3 has not many RPG's( I can only think of Eternal Sonata, the rest are SRPG's and Folklore is an action adventure) so because of that drought, people are going to rush in droves to get it there. Of course, Level 5 have never put a foot wrong so far so the icing on the cake is that this game is probably going to be brilliant anyway!

You probably said the same thing for LBP,Haze,Lair, and many other games..You would think after 2 years of hyping bad games you guys would just shut up and wait for the game to come out. Sure it is the one game I wanted for PS3 since it was announced but that doesnt mean it will be an isntant AAA hit that sales million on day 1...I seriously bet I could go through your previous posts and find you saying the same thing about LBP and it is selling right around Wii MUsic range now

9 - a million on day 1?
Kinda hard to sell a million copies of 1 game on ps3 when sony gives you like 8 exlusive games to choose from the same month. Haze does suck but its just as bad as area 51 or single player campaign on unreal tournament 3 or clive barkers Jericho but you need to take back what you said about Lair! I like Lair. Do you know to me in my opinion its just as good as the spiderman 3 game but incredibly more beautiful. That was a launch game & if you wanna be a expert, review the game yourself or look l;ike a total tool bringing up a metacritic score & sentences used in somebody elses review.

This is a games forum after all.
LBP is a bad game? can you please post your favorite game this year or even from this gen & try not to have a multiplatform please, ah thank you. Im sure the game you wanna post is not going to make it &
