Vooks Review: Wall E (DS)

Vooks writes: "One of the problems with the DS version of this game is that it assumes you have seen the film and therefore know what the hell is going on. The plot within the game is told with a few short cutscenes in between levels. While it does give a rough indication of what is happening, you're still left in the dark a bit if you haven't yet seen the film. Whilst this isn't a huge problem, as the game is accessible regardless of whether you have seen the film, it is a minor gripe I have with licensed games. Perhaps the developers went about making the game with the idea that only people who have seen the film would dare consider buying a licensed game. Whatever the case, it would be nice to have some effort put in to story telling."
