On what grounds? Unless the new game flat out copies puzzles and characters and whathaveyou from Professor Layton, then nothing has been done wrong.

"Blood" looks and plays like "Doom", and has a similar name. "Gothic" looks and plays like "Morrowind". So on and so forth.

I'm just saying that there's no need to get in a twist about this, as it's most likely perfectly legal and happens all of the time.

Henry Hatsworth is a puzzle-platformer, apparently with time manipulation elements. Its far closer to ripping off Braid than Prof. Layton. What an ill informed, crappy article. How about looking into your subject matter before you start ranting.
