no doubt this game will be a blast to play on the DS, and it is one of my favorite games, but seriously, its another old school port of the same game. a full fledged 3D remake would of been killer, didnt matter if it would be on the wii or PS3.

well i play it in some points when theres nothing to do, i run it off from a snes emulator. i used to have the real thing though, but got rid of my snes, cause it broke :(

It's my favorite RPG ! I was around 13 when I first played it, I'm not old but my brother showed me the game. Really one of those RPG that makes u feel nostalgic about it =p

Hell yes! I never got a chance to play chrono trigger and this excellent news considering that chrono cross is my favorite jrpg. Also I swear I will buy a ps3 if an ff7 remake is announced.

Why on DS?
Hope they haven't made it in 3D on DS like the FF-games...

BTW, don't take me wrong.
I -love- Chrono Trigger, it's one of the best game ever made, but to me the FF-games on DS have been visually lacking(yes, I know graphics isn't everything, but I'm talking about visual design and not how advanced the graphics is) and the prospect of CT looking anything like that makes me worried.
If they changed what CT looked like on SNES to what the FF-games look like on DS I'd call it a downgrade.

I hope it somehow looks good, though.
