EGM confirms Tecmo Bowl Kickoff only coming to Wii and DS

The June 2008 issue of EGM (and their "Retro Revivals" cover story) has confirmed that Tecmo Bowl: Kickoff will be exclusive to the Wii and DS with both games coming in the fall.

Tecmo Bowl? Meh. I've actually seen the issue already. Didn't read much: quick break at work. But I did find something fairly interesting this article failed to mention. Next issue will have a preview of Gears of War 2 (I think they mentioned something about Co-Op discussion), a first look at Banjo Kazooie 3, and a preview of the long awaited inFamous. I'm most excited about inFamous, but it will be a pretty awesome issue by the sounds of it. Unless the preview is just some lame recap like they're last one.

It was weird though. They just listed the preview as if it was a preview for any other issue. This got me thinking. I think its going to be revealed before the next issue. My bet is either Sony's Gamer Day or it is an exclusive for another mag that is due out sooner. Or I could be completely off base, and we'll be extremely let down. But hey, you never know. :)

6 - Yet another game that will be...
Placed into the ranks of shovel-ware for the Wii. Sorry, but it's just to much of a temptation for devs to creat crap games for the Wii right now because they know that somebody will buy them. Invest little money into the title and get a few hundred-thousand sales and make a quick buck. It's the Wii's bane at the moment.
