Nintendo Looks to Conquer Europe

Forget the GTA 4 hype for a moment, and consider how the console wars are shaping up in Europe. Sony once ruled the roost, controlling 80% of the market during the PS2 days, but now DFC Intelligence claims Nintendo is about to take over. The PS3 may have some long-term hope, but things are looking grim for the Xbox 360 ... except in England, where FPS titles are popular.

They are #1 in sales in every region on both of their current platforms. id say they already have done plenty of conquering.

Agree with poster above, before conquering any other place perhaps they should worry about conquering the demand for the Wii alone. Of course it may take a lot of pencil pushing and figuring out how many to ship and where to ship. It still might be better than sending Wiis to Europe and possibly falling back into what America is now. "Lack of Wii" state
