Nintendojo: Time Hollow Preview

It's no secret that Nintendo DS has been home to an adventure gaming renaissance with games like Hotel Dusk: Room 215, Touch Detective, Mystery Case Files: Millionheir, Trace Memory, and the Phoenix Wright games coming out on a very steady basis. With two separate screens for display, one of them touch-sensitive, the handheld system lends itself to the text adventure genre like none other.

In comes Konami's Time Hollow. What sets this game apart from the crowd? Aside from the fact that it's penned (you'll understand the pun later) by Junko Kawano, scenario writer from the Suikoden series, Time Hollow also features a unique story hook -- hero Ethan Kairos can use his pen (now you get it!) to travel back and forth through time.
