Dorkly writes: With NASA’s space shuttle program retired, our hopes of getting full-fledged spaceships are diminishing quickly. Will we ever be able to traverse the vast expanses of the universe? Will we ever travel from one corner of the galaxy to the other in an instant? Will we ever make the Kessel Run to see if that Han Solo was lying about being able to make it in under 12 parsecs? Right now, it’s not looking promising.
So until we have lightspeed-capable spaceships in real life, we’ll have to live out our dreams in videogames. Here are the 7 greatest spaceships in videogame history.
With hundreds of games, some of which are considered to be classics that hold up to this day, you’ve got the pick of the litter when it comes to choosing a potential remake
^This. THIS!
Stop remaking PS4 games!
Remake PS1 and PS2 games à la FF7R, RE1, Mafia, Half Life style ....
Make Legend of Dragoon, Legacy of Kain etc Remakes happen
and Valkyrie Profile Lenneth. They did Star Ocean 1 & 2 R already, VPL should get the same treatment.
I'd be down for FF8, and Xenogears. But I would also be down for Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross. And I wish Namco would get off their ass and remake or remaster the Xenosaga trilogy.

Final Fantasy has a long running history with numerous numbered titles and spin-offs, but which games stand to benefit from a remake?
I'd rather the 13 trilogy just be ported tbh. No matter what you think if it, it shouldn't be the only numbered offline games not playable on new consoles. But naturally I'd play the **** out of 8-12 remakes.
Even though fans have been clamoring for a StarCraft 3 for years now, it seems like Blizzard really has no reason to spend time making one.
They sort of ran the story as far as it could go.
Also, it seems like blizzard is more busy with mediocrity at this point in time.
The problem with Blizzard is they have franchises that don't need sequels. People are happy playing the games that they previously made. What they need is new games, none of this business of trying to transport the old audience into a new version of an old game which only ends up nickle and dime'ing users.
My list would be really different...
1) Ebon Hawk (Kotor series)
2) Normandy (ME series)
3) Pillar of Autumn (Halo series)
4) Sovereign (Mass Effect)
5) Ishimura (Dead Space)
6) Hyperion (Starcraft 2)
7) Excalibur (Wing Commander)
SR2 Normandy all the way. An actual spaceship that you really feel it IS a spaceship. And not only that, you are the commander of that ship, you treat it as your home, you have your crew in it, and most important of all? You navigate it across the galaxy.
All else is really irrelevant. Normandy is pretty much like a character in ME series.
SR2 Normandy any day
SCS Eureka - Space Quest
1 Sovereign (ME)
2 Millenium falcon (rogue sqaudron)
