I like this GameSpot feature. It's a good way to promote a game while getting informed about it. But um, Dishonored doesn't really sound all that original the more they talk about it.

FPS Assassin's Creed with BioShock art-style.

"Is Dishonored just an Assassin's Creed FPS?"
You know a completely original game which has never been done before.

Lol wow.

Can we stop with these senseless comparisons?

I'm hearing BioShock meets Thief which is A-OK in my book.

The game had a pretty trailer, but I would rather wait until we see game play to determine if I want the game. As others say every game is essentially a remix of what the game developers like combined making it original.

It felt kinda cheap to me… both in terms as a tactic, and game design

There was a small game called Aragami that “borrowed” the blink, that was a good game.

Unfortunately I heard the sequel wasn’t good so I stayed away from trying it out.

The sequel changed some of the mechanics from the first game but it was still a very polished and enjoyable experience. You should definitely give it a shot sometime. The game's currently on sale on Steam

Okay thanks for the heads up, will look out for it being on sale one day.

I really did like the first and played it back to back as soon as I finished the first play through.
