While Naval War: Arctic Circle is billed as a real-time strategy game, Turbo Tape tried to market it towards the niche simulation market, but in doing so they may have shot themselves in the foot a bit. If they had focused on one market or the other, we may be seeing a drastically different result. However, as it stands, we have a game that is unsuccessful in its attempt to appeal to two markets at once."
