This is one of those games that nobody could have expected to be a hit due to its weirdness and obscure origins. Picked it up on steam sale. Great fun it's just such a shame that the incredible environments and art style in this game couldn't have encompassed a genuinely passionate and entertaining game. So many games have purely artistic qualities and that's great but I play games to play games not to experience peculiar as of yet unidentified cosmic emotions from another dimension. Yeah it's great when my horizons are expanded but there's no reason intense artistic experiences can't exist in a great involved game. Portal does it perfectly - but despite this titles like this are great fun. It's just such a shame that the world it creates begs to be lived in the same way skyrim's does but there's nary a hardcore gaming element in sight.
