The editor lets players create new battles and missions while the multiplayer mode offers various game modes such as “free for all” and cooperative matches. “Iron Front – Liberation 1944” will be available exclusively for the PC from May 25, 2012."
Released today, Iron Front – Liberation 1944’s D-Day is the first downloadable content (DLC) update for the popular strategy title from Deep Silver. D-Day adds eight new single-player and six new multiplayer missions to the main game. Expansive landscapes in Normandy are featured, including the famous Omaha Beach where the Allied Forces launched Operation Overlord on June 6th, 1944.
