Rhythm Thief has come out of nowhere and is easily my favourite game on 3DS so far. It combines the best of Elite Beat Agents and Ghost Trick with some Solatorobo french-ness thrown in for good measure.
The top 10 rarest 3DS games of all time are probably ones you both did and didn't expect. Especially if you had these games!
I have Fire Emblem Fates LE, the European one. Not sure if it's as valuable as the US version, but it certainly was in high demand.
Its not often I actually have games on the 'most expensive list' but I do own Rhythm Thief and Layton vs. Ace Attorney. I believe both of them are sealed as well.

Ghost Trick is by far one of Capcom’s most unique and clever games, and it's now finally widely available after spending nearly a decade and a half as a portable exclusive.
I think I'm going to have to dust off the ole Switch to try this game. One of those games that everyone seems to like and isn't the normal game I tend to stay away from on Nintendo.
