Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition Will Support Widescreen on All Eligible Platforms

A few days ago, with the announcement of a Mac OS X Version of Baldur’s Gate: Ehanced Edition, a slightly misleading quote from the official site caused concern between fans planning to enjoy the revival of the glorious franchise on their PC.

According to the site Widescreen support would be a "OS X specific feature", opening the floodgates for rumors that the PC Version would come without it.

Luckily this doesn’t seem to be the case.

i have been playing the original baldur's gate and baldur's gate 2 in 1920x1200 resolution for years. BaldursgateTutu by pocketplane group did this years ago including fixes, additions, mods, tweaks, etc... and all on a more useful platform than OSX
