I mostly disagree with Downpour's position. Yeah, the game is not amazing by any stretch of the imagination but is much better than the HD Collection and Homecoming. The main issue is the performance, but that was mitigated by the patches, especially on the PS3. Personally, I put it a little behind Origins and The Room.
Having Restless Dreams as a different entry from Silent Hill 2 is also a choice.
Normally, we would not consider it a different game (Restless Dreams), but since it had a very different critical reception and had new content, it was allowed. As for Downpour, I would agree, but since that one is subjective, we let him make his case for the placement.
silent hill 2 is definitely the best one out of those.
for me personally, the whole ritual/cult stuff was always so weird to me in all the other games.
No disrespect but I put SH2 over 1. 1 is fantastic, but 2 took it all up a level.
The Ghetto Gamer has been predicting and tracking PS3 prices over the past year. The last few months have seen a massive spike in the pricing of PS3 games, and it may be too late to pick up some of the more rare and hard-to-find ones at a reasonable price. Some of these are nuts.

Stil remember selling ps3 titles to buy a PS4. but i keept the ones i liked more. Did the same with the titles of the PS4 to get a PS5.

Big question now for me, as a 3D gamer - do I pick this game up just because it's another title that does 3D well, or do I avoid it like the plague like I would do if it didn't even have 3D? Hmm. decisions, decisions.. wait for major price drop I suppose.
One of the best games for me in 3d is Sonic Generations.. Its awesome! But the 3d is just a bonus really.. I want shit poppin out right in my face, but havent played anything like that yet.

I had no idea these were in 3D. I'm going to have to get them now. I'm upset they aren't putting SH4 with it though. I actually enjoyed that game. :/
