German developer Daedalic has announced that their fantasy adventure game, The Dark Eye: Chains of Satinav, will be launched on the 22nd June. The game's original release date had been the 23rd March, but according to the developer, the game required more polish, so they elected to "make overall improvements".
Sean @ FG: A P&C adventure that has glimpses of ingenuity, The Dark Eye: Chains of Satinav is an otherwise mundane adventure. The Finger Guns Review.
Dave writes: "As a gateway to the wider Dark Eye universe, Chains of Satinav does a bang-up job, and leaves you eager to hop onto the store and buy its follow-up, Memoria. Logic and control issues aside, it’s a higher-tier point and click, and it tells a story that’ll have you cosying up with a blanket and Andergastian tea."
James writes - "The Dark Eye is one of the most popular role-playing universes out there, which makes the double helping of adventures set within the world of Aventuria an exciting prospect. That’s right, Daedalic Entertainment - the folks behind the Deponia series - have now launched their classic point-and-click adventures The Dark Eye: Chains of Satinav and The Dark Eye: Memoria for Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch!"
