Joey Dale - "Don’t be fooled, FIFA Street doesn’t have a headers and volley’s mode, no stingers if you let in five goals, and no option to turn on or off overs and wides. When FIFA talks about street, it means the type of games you would find in the favellas of Rio; flair, ability, tricks and more importantly, pannas (or to English people, the nutmeg). The FIFA Street series had taken a hiatus since FIFA Street 3, which featured over the top tricks and skills with highly characatured versions of the top footballers at the time, which coincidentally made Ronaldinho look like a cross between Sarah Jessica Parker and Ruud Van Nistelrooy. That over the top style has been pulled back with the latest incarnation of the series, and Street now uses the engine that FIFA 12 runs on."
While the future of FIFA 23 remains uncertain, EA could inject life back into the franchise with a new FIFA Street game.

I miss the the PS2, GCN and Xbox days. I always preferred the arcade style sports games over the simulation entries. They were more entertaining for me to watch or play. There was a lot more variety back then as well. You had options. Now not so much.
