Congratulations to Nintendo, the Nintendo 3DS entertainment console, and the millions of Nintendo elite supporters worldwide. It has been an outstanding year full of joy, with amazing software 1st and 3rd party alike. We are looking very much forward to another year full of all great things Nintendo.

It was a rough start for the Nintendo 3DS console in the very beginning, but hard work and dedication by the extremely talented workers at Nintendo HQ got the job done. With the Nintendo 3DS going on to sell millions of units and millions of games worldwide. The Nintendo 3DS entertainment console is now leading the industry consistently with sales to this day. With great exclusive content being pumped out to meet the golden standards set by Nintendo many many moons ago.

My very 1st Nintendo 3DS game was Zelda OOT. Still to this day it holds up against the very best. And at most times surpasses alot of what current gen titles have to offer. Though my personal favorite Nintendo 3DS original title would have to be Super Mario 3DS land. A game that I believe sets the bar very high for other handheld games to live up to. http://www.youtube.com/watc...

I hope everyone continues to have an amazing time with the Nintendo 3DS console. Happy one year!

Have a good day, and happy gaming.

Very well said LX-General-Kaos! This comment deserves the bubble up.

Go back the PR land from where you came!

LX-General-Kaos4433d ago (Edited 4433d ago )

Instead of celebrating the Nintendo 3DS one year anniversary, you arrive here with negative speak.

Not only that, but you have been consistently stalking my comments with complete foolishness and foul attitude. I hope I wont have to add another to the list in the future.

One day I hope you pick up your very own Nintendo 3DS console so that you can also have a smile placed on that angered face. There are plenty of Nintendo 3DS exclusive available now to make any man, woman, or child happy. As i mentioned above, my personal favorite title so far is Super Mario 3DS land. Hopefully you get to try it one day. Im sure it will cheer you up. I have even provided a link to the ign review above. Showing exactly how amazing the Nintendo 3DS exclusive is.

With that said you are being voted for "Personal Attack" for following me to yet another article spreading your negativity in a place full of joy.

You have one bubble left. I pray that you use it in a way that pays tribute to the Nintendo 3DS entertainment console. You know.. since thats what this article is about? Try saying something constructive and to the point.

I hope you find a way to have a nice day good sir.

@LX

Honestly though, no offense but you do sound like a PR puppet. And it comes across non-human. Just saying.

"I pray that you use it in a way that pays tribute to the Nintendo 3DS entertainment console."

^ Do you even consider what you actually say to the public? It's actually pretty scary how devoted you are.

Smashbro294433d ago (Edited 4433d ago )

Maybe its because everytime I see a comment from you I see a sad sack who is so well advertised to he will go out of his way to type a HUGE paragraph about how Nintendo is kicking ass.

You are a consumer dude!
Make them fight for you! Don't fight for them! It is so annoying to see someone be such a god damn sheep.

In short: you sound like you work for them, what the hell is that about?

And on another note, I'm not stalking you, I read the articles and I wanna see the comments, like I have nothing better to do than follow around some internet guy who came off as a bot the first few times.

Nerdmaster4432d ago

Even though I'm not stuck with only company as my avatar proves, I always preferred Nintendo systems (after SEGA stopped making consoles). I bought my Wii way before I bought a PS3. I bought a PSP only after I played everything I wanted on my DS. I have a 3DS and don't see myself buying a Vita so soon.

With that said, I have to agree with Smashbro29. LX's comments always sound like someone making an audition to be a PR spokesperson for Nintendo. I'm never sure if this guy is for real or not. After all, who says things like "spreading your negativity in a place full of joy"?

How Many More Victims, Like Garry's Mod, Will Nintendo's Hurtful Crusade Create?

Hanzala from eXputer: "As Nintendo takes out 20 years' worth of stuff from Garry's Mod, I watch in shock, thinking why it continues to hurt and discourage its fans."

RiseNShine12d ago (Edited 12d ago )

The irony that some of the most disgusting business practices come from companies like Disney or Nintendo, i can't even begin to understand what terrible damage was Garrys Mod making to Nintendo bottom line, imho they're getting pretty nervous about where they're heading in the future, handhelds are no longer something exclusive to Nintendo, from Steam Deck to many others, now you can play the latest games and pay a fraction of the price on Steam sales, so it's up to their exclusives, which just on their own would make hard to justify purchasing a closed overpriced hardware with outrageous price policies (Super Mario Odyssey is still 60 euro 6 years later!), and as a home console they're always underperforming compared to Sony or Xbox.

gold_drake12d ago (Edited 12d ago )

i cam guarantee you, that their exclusives alone is what drives switch sales. they sell in the 10s of millions of copies.

nintendo created their franchises to be sort of nostalgia driven, exclusive only on nintendo.

people will always buy the pkmn games as they always bring in new younger fans amd is family friendly

mario kart, the same thing, mario games in general.

zelda games are system sellers. animal crossing for the casual gamers.

nintendo doesnt need third vame devs essentially. they made sure with the switch and the limitations that they looked more to pc ps and xbox.

its sad, but nintendo is more than fine with what they're doing. they positioned themselves to appeal to the more casual gamers.

but to your point, im not sure why they're doing this rly.

Inverno12d ago

Look at how they handled Nintendo games being streamed or uploaded on YouTube in the past. They killed Yuzu and Citra even when they had nothing to do with ToTK being leaked, not to mention it was basically unplayable on emulation the week it was leaked. Smash Bros tournament, that was fairly recent. They shut down their online services without any care for purchases made. I bought a switch after skipping their last 2 consoles and handhelds but I don't plan on buying anything Nintendo in the future. They take things to the extremes, they legitimately hate their fans. They're honestly right up there with the likes of Acti, EA, and Ubi, only difference is that they disguise themselves as being family friendly all the while being shady.

Nintendo's Massacre Of The 3DS And Wii U Is Finally Complete, Regrettably

Hanzala from eXputer: "The cruel hammer of Nintendo has fallen. Farewell, 3DS and Wii U, you surely brightened my life and many others; you won't be forgotten."
