GTAV is coming in November 2012 as long as it's finished! Hell it doesn't even have to be finished. R* could just release half of it now for $60 and the rest of it later as $30 DLC. Sure that would suck but people would still run out and buy it.

(you can say you wouldn't but 20 million other people would)

Max Payne will not prevent R* from releasing it's CASH COW this year, GTA is FREE money for R*. The PC version will be 2013!

Halo 4 Black Ops 2 GTAV sounds like a great Christmas 2012 for the Kiddies!

Yukicore4418d ago

How the hell did you get so bad expression of R*, They don't milk their clients and fans, they might a little bit, but they wouldn't release thousand DLC's or unfinished game. You are confusing with Activision.

ATi_Elite4418d ago

i said releasing an unfinished game as a joke! I guess people didn't get it!

jony_dols4418d ago (Edited 4418d ago )

Red Dead Redemption's Undead Nightmare was probably the greatest piece of DLC ever made. I'd have no reservations in paying for GTA DLC, because the R* logo is a stamp of quality.

And if you hadn't heard, Rockstar is putting genuine effort into the PC version of Max Payne 3, with DX11 options and optimization for less powerful graphics cards confirmed. And considering GTA V uses the same RAGE engine; expect these features to translate over.

'Elitist' hippocrites such as yourself will probably be the first to pre-order it on Steam. It will undoubtedly be another great game from one of the world's best developers.

Rockstar...

BRING IT ON!!!

Gaming1014418d ago

How exactly is GTA free money, it doesn't cost anything to make games anymore? lol

Also, an employee from rockstar said it won't be till May 2013 which sounds a lot more accurate given previous timelines of press releases on GTA games.

TripleAAARating4417d ago

Where the %#@*% is AGENT R*?????.... I want my PS3 exclusive fix and I want it NOW!!... I'm itching and scratching to see what they can do with the extra resources the PS3 offers where others can't.

nah, i know R* well and if anyone knows anything about R* is that they ALWAYS announce games before their ready then delay them. theres no way in hell R* launches a game in november, much less a gta game. its going to be delayed till april 2013.

Chitown712914418d ago

You do realize that almost all Grand Theft Autos before 4 was released in October right?

ChrisGTR14417d ago (Edited 4417d ago )

every game R* has released in the past 5 years has been delayed.
gta4, la noire, red dead, mafia 2, max payne 3 midnight club, agent (LOL!)... hmm cant think of any others. trust me , gta5 100% delayed

Nitrowolf24418d ago (Edited 4418d ago )

"i said releasing an unfinished game as a joke! I guess people didn't get it!"

Bad joke then

Anyway, doubt 2012. My best guess, early 2013 (March.

I don't see them releasing Max Payne next to GTA5 for this year. They prob. included that feature in Max Payne 3 to help market it off so it sells better before they release GTA.

farhad2k84418d ago

In all fairness, if R* released GTA V half done, it would still be a great fucking game.
I know I would buy it.

I'm CRAVING some GTA. Why have they barely released ANYTHING for the next gen consoles? It saddens me, I love GTA.

I dont think it will release but 2012, but It could I guess. 2013 seems more likely I think.

Moncole4420d ago

I agree Rockstar seems to release one big game a year. And this is A Max Payne Year.

Relientk774420d ago

That's a good point. I just think the game isnt done yet, and not ready for a 2012 release.

Moncole4420d ago

Great things take time after all :)

ProjectVulcan4418d ago

Max Payne 3 has been delayed so so much that Rockstar's yearly big game plan may not apply here.

I hope not. I really want MP3 in May and GTA5 for chrimbo :)

lastdual4418d ago

I highly doubt it will slip to 2013.

The trailer was too far along to be a teaser, and once Rockstar starts rolling out that kind of media, the actual game is almost always less than a year away. They've got a proven marketing method and an IP that would benefit from - not be hurt by - the holiday rush.

BattleTorn4418d ago

*crying*
Why? Why!

*weeping*

Why can't it be 2012!

Rockstar, I promise to buy both Max Payne & GTA V! I sware.

*sniffles*

More interested in money than giving fans what they want. Such a shame

CrimsonWing697d ago

With the amount of money they generated, I just don’t understand the scrubbing of this. It would’ve been fantastic for fans.

Profchaos7d ago

I really want to know who drove the decision to focus on multiplayer was it Rockstar or take two.

Because when online started taking off many of the studio leads began having falling outs and leading including a founder

Demetrius6d ago

Ikr mfs that greedy it's ridiculous

andy857d ago

This makes me sad. Trevor was one of my favourite characters in gaming

Demetrius6d ago

One of the reason I believe once gta 6 release, most of us thoroughly play it, enjoy the world they crafted then after that no offline support, no dlc at all
