GamerFitNation's John writes about 4 ways to improve Exergaming. "When Nintendo launched the Wii in 2006, it took the world by storm. Bundled together with Wii Sports, it didn’t take long to realize that you could get your heart rate going in a heated game of Tennis, or give your arms a good workout while Boxing. Casual and hardcore gamers soon found out it was quite possible to get a decent workout from this console. Motion controls pioneered by the Wii started a trend called “Exergaming”
VGChartz's William D'Angelo: "Today we take a look at the top 10 best-selling games for yet another platform. Up to this point we have looked at the original PlayStation, the Nintendo 64, the PlayStation 2, the original Xbox, the GameCube, the Nintendo DS, and the PSP. This week it's the turn of Nintendo's most popular home console, the Wii.
The Wii is the fifth best-selling video game platform in history and the third best-selling home console in gaming history. It is also the best-selling home console not released by Sony. It sold 101.18 million units lifetime."
Just like the DS list, every game on the Wii's list has sold over 10 million. Not even PS1 and PS2 did that. That's very incredible
Techtorial: Sears and Navy Exchange revealed their Cyber Monday deals for this year giving away discounts for video games and consoles.
Ben Wright of GamersBliss.com Writes:
"My usual morning routine goes as follows:
1. Wake up, begrudgingly, and go make myself breakfast, egg-white omelet with spinach and sriracha sauce and some turkey bacon.
2. Watch some news programs as I eat.
3. Play videogames for an hour.
4. Shower
5. Start working.
A lot of people reading this are probably curious: “you play videogames for an hour every morning?!” Well yeah, I can’t wake up without it, leads to a more productive day, and it’s a great way to stay in shape!"
That will do it... or you could just get an MMO to run your life without seeing sunshine for weeks.
Ya can see how games will make you lose weight. I mean when i game i go hours without thinking about food or even snacking on crap. TV though makes you fat.

"...And pivot, serve and shift"
Yup Fitness baby!
Nothing can improve exercise games. They will always be lame and uneffective. If you want to lose weight, run on a tredmill like a normal person.
