The culprits might've made off with your personal data, so change all passwords now if you've ever played Jagged Alliance Online, Fiesta Online or one of their other titles. Games are saved on a backup.
After a short partnership with Gamigo, Fractured Online developer Dynamight Studios has decided to part ways and operate the MMORPG itself. The reasoning for this ties into issues that forced the game into closed development last year.
