Blizzard Entertainment Announces Italian-Language Version Of World Of Warcraft

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. today announced that it is in the process of creating a fully localized Italian version of World of Warcraft, its critically acclaimed massively multiplayer online role-playing game. Upon release later this year, existing European players who prefer to experience the game in Italian will be able to download a free language pack, while new players will be able to purchase the Italian version digitally and at retail. This will be World of Warcraft’s eleventh officially supported language and the seventh supported language in Europe, following English, German, French, Spanish, Russian and Brazilian Portuguese.
