With Street Fighter 6 now upon us, it's time to look back at some classic Street Fighter titles, beginning with Street Fighter X Tekken.
It was a cool gamble imo. In reality, everyone were waiting for Namco version, Tekken X Street Fighter.
Yep, played very little of it, but from what I played, it was serviceable enough. Could've been better? Yes, but then again, you can say that about pretty much anything.
What killed this game was their planned reliance on GaaS with the whole gem system. It made little sense and made the game extremely unbalanced. Not to mention the unbalance of most of the characters, especially on the Tekken side

I haven't been keeping up with this game as much as I ought to. Kinda wondering what Poison's moves are like in terms of controls. Hoping she's a quarter-circle character like Ken and Ryu, since they seem to be the most accessible characters to play as.
Think I'll give this a watch as I was wondering how the game would work. Like, is it just SFIV with Tekken characters, which could have just been DLC, or does the game stand on its own too feet as a solid standalone experience? Let's take a peak.
Judging from the preview video that was posted yesterday, the game looks pretty easy to get into for beginners. It even has one button combos.
