GB : Haunt is an interesting game, using Kinect controls and developed exclusively for the Xbox 360. Sometimes it feels like these are the only sort of games Microsoft is willing to fund right now. So, right, Haunt. What’s it about? As the name suggests, it’s a spooky game which requires you get out of a haunted house. Now you may be wondering, “Hey, aren’t the Kinect controls a little clumsy for such a type of game?”
Four more games, and one software title, were Greenlit by the Steam community today. In this article I go over a short summary for each game to show why it is worth looking at, while also showing one of the most recent trailers for the game. The four games are: Fract OST, Rogue Legacy, Inquisitor and Haunt. On the software side there is Ohm Studio, which is a piece of audio software meant to make it easy for musicians to collaborate easily through this piece of software.
eGamer exclusively interviews ParanormalDev, the developers of Haunt, as they get set to release a massive update and work on their next project.
eGamer writes: "Haunt is both an incredible Slender and horror game, and it has a number of fresh and well-executed ideas that set it apart from the rest. The fact that this is only the start of a much bigger game is very exciting. In the end, it comes down to the fact that if you like Slender games, this is an awesome addition to the legacy and it’s definitely unique and compelling enough to easily stand on its own two feet, with the grand cherry on top being that it’s an amazing audio and visual experience as well."
