if this is true then give CM PUNK his current entrance attire and entrance animation

They can't just add in whatever they want. It has to be approved before they can put it in, not to mention they have to have the money to add it in as well. Obviously CM Punk's entrance music and video were approved but they couldn't make significant changes to his character model, it wasn't approved by the higher ups at THQ unfortunately. They tried, trust me, I know that they did. They can't do it for DLC either since DLC is approved months in advance, besides this "make-good-DLC" stuff anyway.

The only monster that tore down walls (barricades) in the WWE was Goldberg.
Too bad things cant be nice, we most likely get an alt attire for Kane.

Which doesnt make sense, because hes not a previously unreleased and unplayable wrestler.
THQ got a habit of giving clueless clues..

Also, Kane doesnt tear down anything, every time the WWE repackages Kane, they do it to make him job to somebody.

Those lazy bums dont want to take the time, to design his new light up jacket.

Are Wrestling Games Getting Worse?

Fire Pro needs more love. The last PS4 title gets regular playtime from me.

I hear that there are financial troubles at the studio, but I'm hopeful for a Switch port one of these days.

Anyone remember Giant Gram Wrestling on the Dreamcast .....

Rambokind1592d ago

Ah hell yes! That was loads of fun.

Acecalibur1592d ago

Fire Pro just gets better. Buy it.

I have Fire Pro for PS4 and PC but it seems more of like a Sim creator rather than people actually playing out matches. I still dont like anything as much as the N64 games

Golden Era of wrestling games in the Golden Era of wrestling. I've been contemplating going back and getting a N64 and getting those classic's
WWF Wrestlemania 2000
WWF No Mercy
WCW vs. nWo Revenge

micdagoat191588d ago

Yeah its the only wrestling games I still play consistently for fun.

TheTony3161592d ago

addictedtochaos1592d ago

Yes, the WWE ones at least. The last good one was 2K14 and the last great one was Here Comes the Pain.

6 Abominations Brought to Life by These Games' Character Creators

If Dr Frankenstein were alive today and also not fictional, he wouldn't need to faff around building a creature out of dead bodies then trudge around the Arctic trying to kill it - not when these videogame character creators exist. Just look at the unnatural horrors he could have cooked up in WWE '12, Spore, Saints Row 4, Soul Calibur 5, NBA 2K15 and The Sims 4.

Good comparison, they've got worse with age.

Thrillho3483d ago

Many of the old animations look better than the new ones especially the Sweet Chin Music and Goldberg's spear. The 2K14 Clothesline from Hell looks awesome though.
