Razer says "F*ck SOPA"

Razer has joined the hands battling the controversial anti-piracy act called SOPA, or Stop Online Piracy Act. And they have made it...erm, quite clear.

Good to see another company come out against it.

EA and Crapcom still trying to act like they're neutral when they both know they are for it.

Sega putting out a video(unrelated to sopa), but won't say what their stance is.

I never got why MMO companies like Nexon and Perfect World Entertainment are for SOPA? Hope to kill off those private servers?

Guys, dont hate on the japanese developers for being for SOPA. For them it will turn out to be extremely benificial as the problems of censorship already are apparent in Japan, so enforcing more regulations doesnt really matter to them. Companies like Capcom also suffer from piracy to a large degree, so for them it looks like a decent opportunity.

Its a Similar deal with MMO companies as game pirating loses them a lot of money. From a business stand-point, there is good reason for some companies to be supporting SOPA, but from our stand point it seems ridiculous.

SOPA's a bit too extreme to be passed in Europe, any way here in the EU they already have laws for all this they dont need SOPA.

The problem is that the White House says they do not support SOPA. & after what happened with the NDAA bill. They are obviously lying about not supporting it

Oh, that's right. HARDWARE (and they just assemble it).

Razor being for or against this means all of Jack @%$# to the government or anyone else. Just like anyone in their position (FA to do with the industry). It's just free PR.

What we need is for businesses that are part of the industry SOPA is suppose to protect (if you can believe that that's its' purpose) to come out against this crap-bucket of censorship gone mad!
