TheSixthAxis take a look at doublesix's try at a downloadable version of the hit TV quiz.
WGTC writes: The format doesn't work well with nothing at risk, but otherwise, Who Wants to be a Millionaire? Special Editions does a nice job of recreating the television show.

Special Editions, features more than six hundred questions from modern kids’ culture and topics such as geography, pop music, maths, TV & movies, history and general trivia. But it is not only a tough nut for the little ones – the whole family will be challenged on the way to the virtual million.
Know your FPS from your RTS? Your street fighters from your street racers? Put your videogame knowledge to the test with the latest Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? Special Editions downloadable content (DLC), as Deep Silver and doublesix digital have today launched the new Who Wants To Be A Video Game Millionaire? Special Edition.
Who wants to fail being a game? Who Wants to be a Millionaire!
The score does seem low considering the other reviews, the game really isn't that bad. It was good to play on new years eve with my family. Sure it's not perfect, nothing is.
Also, I really don't get one of the user comments;
'Ouch. Does seem mad that u can just google the answers with no time limit.'
Why WOULD you want to do that? Cheating will obviously take the fun and the challenge out of a game, likewise for most games out there. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.
