A long time favorite series of mine that I thought dead in a long time favorite genre that I thought dead.

A pc exclusive rts... It's about time!!!! I'll give EA credit for setting this up, it is going to be interesting to see how Bioware revitalizes this once classic series.

Well, this is EA we are talking about. Although the only available platform is PC - for the time being - it could easily be ported to consoles

Not sure how Bioware is gonna do in this type of game. If they can bring some of that single player prowess they have from ME and Dragon Age Origins....this could be one heck of a game

I'd rather have balanced units, fast and dedicated servers, good netcode, and good expansions.

No one in their right mind buys a Generals game thinking about the single player story. It is ALL about the multiplayer.

My comment stands even more with what you said....Bioware has never done true multiplayer without story taking a huge part (SWTOR and ME3). It's never had true multiplayer.

I remember generals was a lot of fun and I'm awful at RTS games for multiplayer so I'm looking forward to see what Bioware can do with this genre.

Generals have always been my favourite over the other C&C titles. The others were great but they started to get over the top in their recent sequels.

Generals felt nice since it showed real world vehicle and settings with a slight sprinkle of fantasy. Glad to see Generals 2 will use Frosbite 2 to add a little more realism.

Now I see it as the missing Commander role from BF3....
