As part of our, "The Greatest Games You've Never Played" series, Chaos Mechanica takes a look at Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner for Infinite-Ammo.net
Drew Leachman writes: The From A to Z series lets our editors go back and take a look at games from past generations that are classics, overlooked gems, or just titles they remember fondly. The idea behind this is to pick five games from each letter of the alphabet, once a week to showcase. This delivers 26 weeks and 130 games to talk about. Hopefully it sparks some conversation, and of course plenty of memories.
Our second series will focus on Sony’s sophomore entry into the console business, the PlayStation 2.
Let’s continue with the letters “X, Y, and Z”.
On this Mix-tape Monday get our bodies moving to Kojima Productions sleeper hit, Zone of the Enders.
I freakin loved the ZoE games, especially number two. I've been walking around all weekend saying, "We have obtained the Metatron ore."
Can't wait for the HD collection; if it doesn't cone out on Vita- like it's supposed to- I'll just get the PS3 version.
GamerFitNation's BlackBible gives his opinion on how a Avengers Movie Game could work. He talks about Ironman, Hulk, Captain America, Zone of Enders, and more. If you want to watch the Avengers movie trailer just click read full story...
After watching the trailer I just kept thinking about how hot a Avengers game would be if they did it right. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the possibly of a Avengers video game. Let me know if you disagree with what I suggested in the video.
A 4 player beat em up can be cool. It can have co-op. You get coins to upgrade attacks and get new attacks. And the game can have lots of levels and it will have difficulties. It can be a cross between the Scott Pilgrim game and God of War(without the violence)
I think they could wait until the Avengers becomes a full trilogy and just make an epic RPG based on the movies for next-gen consoles. But it would have to be in the hands of a very good developer. I would actually love to see how Bioware would handle the game.
It would also need a much better publisher than Sega, otherwise it would just end of being a crappy rushed movie tie in.
I'm very excited for the remaster. Hopefully they decide to make this a trilogy.
