Telltale Employees caught posting 10/10 User Reviews for their own Jurassic Park: The Game

DSOGaming writes: "This is really sad. Jurassic Park: The Game has the potential to be a sleeper hit, so there is definitely no reason for Telltale's employees to try and 'cheat' gamers by submitting 10/10 reviews on Metacritic. Yeap, after BioWare's employees, Telltale's employees were caught posting user reviews on Metacritic. To be more precise, one user interface artist and one cinematic artist were those that were caught posting 10/10 reviews. All we had to do was 'google' their names and find their LinkedIn profiles. According to those profiles, both of them are working on Telltale, though they are relatively new to the studio."

They're entitled to write their own reviews. To even imply otherwise is... a profoundly ill-conceived notion.

Is this gonna be another point and click game?

john24545d ago

Nope. More like a Heavy Rain clone

Blacktric4545d ago

It's kind of a mix of both Heavy Rain style QTE's and parts that require point and click style puzzle solving.

No one cares about user reviews.

Not the fake MW3 reviews posted by idiots.

Not the fake Jurassic Park reviews by developers.

jwk944545d ago

just because you don't care doesn't mean nobody else does.

No, its the general consensus of almost every serious gaming cirlce and community that the majority of User Review-capable websites are plagued by 'trolls' and other community annoyances who give unfair scores to try to sway Meta-score in thier opinions favor or to make thier prefered console's exlcusive titles look better than those on a machine which they do not care for, and not in any way rate the games fairly or based on merit and acknowledgment.

And? That still doesn't mean that he, or the gaming circles, account for every gamer.

The Best Jurassic Park Games To Date

The beauty of these extinct animals were resurrected in Steven Spielberg’s movie, Jurassic Park, the film adaptation of Michael Crichton’s book. It was phenomenal. If film creators can do it, why not video-game developers?

No Jurassic Park on the Sega Genesis? Really? :[

PurpHerbison2151d ago

Nothing better than the T-Rex saying SEGA in the beginning to get you hyped as a kid.

SonyStyled2151d ago

Remeber the one on the snes? The only Jurassic Park game I played

PurpHerbison2151d ago

It was a good game but it didn't carry nearly as much suspense as the SEGA version. Could just be a case of the SEGA version being my first though.

CrimsonWing692151d ago (Edited 2151d ago )

Dude Jurassic Park 1 on the Genesis or even the SNES isn't on here!? This list is mostly garbage JP games... like the TTG one, really?
