IGN - Trying to cash in on the upcoming holiday with a timely release just four days before kids' crazy costume-and-candy celebrations is Halloween: Trick or Treat for DSiWare. This is a grab-bag game with a lot of different kinds of casual gameplay tossed together into one download, all of them strung together by a loose storyline that follows a couple of kids as they go out trick-or-treating in their town.
