Skyrim beating Modern Warfare 3 (and everything else) in Steam + Amazon pre-order sales (PC)

Only on Steam and Amazon PC games. Keyword PC. If you look at overall in video games the PC version is not even on the top 10 chart at all.

I know Amazon is just a micro snapshot of the video game sales, but its nice to see Uncharted 3 doing better than MW3 for PS3. Nothing against COD cause i'm buying MW3 as well, but its just nice to see.

Well they are two different genres but lets look at the facts...Modern warfare 3 will probably have like a 6-7 hour storyline with not much thought process involved...just shoot everything that is not friendly LOL. Most of the fun will be from playing online which will have its fair share of fun for many many online sessions....but in a couple of months will get old because that new COD that will be coming out. Skyrim on the other hand is an open world RPG that will be fun 5 years from now because you can play for 100 hours and still not finish the game their is so much to do.....Im sorry did I get a little biased just now??? My apologies I couldn't help it.

I put in around 300-400 hrs in oblivion with all the expansions to obtain every weapon armor all that stuff and reach max level completely all the quests.

So these games speak for themselves. I cannot wait for skyrim I`am gonna have to play U3 a lot so I can beat it by the 11th and just right into Skyrim.

I just don`t know what to get skyrim for either PS3 or PC. I got the PC to at least run it on high settings. But I really do enjoy playing these games on consoles.

I will be getting it for PS3...and I have about 200 hours in oblivion...omg I bow at your feet for getting all of the weapons....their was this one fire sword that made me hate life because I couldn't attain it....I see people having 500+ hour sessions in skyrim...I can truly say that I will do all that I can to get ALL of the weapons in this game...its gonna happen..or I get killed by Dragons trying. LOLOL

Speaking as an IT guy I want to build my gaming rig...I already scoped it out and with buying all the parts needed (from newegg, tiger direct and going to Micro Center) it will run me about 2 grand for the Monster PC I want to build...Sad to say I do not have 2 grand so I have to buy it all piece by piece....The pc I have currently would throw up if I were to put in a game like skyrim and configure it to the highest optimal settings. LOL

COD is more of a console game but this is still a achievement if Skyrim is beating BF3.
