Look Back at the Characters of Final Fantasy IX

As much as IX claimed to be the Final Fantasy about Final Fantasy, it is interesting how much the game is really about “character.”

The game even made a rather minor character seems epic : Black waltz n°3 .

Everyne that played it gotta admit that his pursuit scene was awesome and epic , especially the cgi parts . it even made you believe he could be a major foe of the game

It is one of my favourites and one I regularly replay, However the one thing that hinders it a little bit for me is how you spend 3 disks being forced into using certain characters rather than being able to use your chosen party most of the time.

Albeit flawed by a dissapointing last cd , a great final fantasy in both gameplay , graphics and story . And one that saved us (at least some of us weary of it) from the emo boys of VII-VIII .

I also like Quina, I love listening to the theme song's and remembering all of the great memories this game gave me.

FF9 would have been perfect without "kweena" ( Queena ? ...whatever that eating -frog character )and with a better packed 4th disc. Kuja could have been a better antagonist too . But everything else was great

I loved FF IX battle system more than 7,8, and even 10. Also, Melodies of Life is the most beautifull FF theme song i've ever herard <3 (imho)
