IGN writes:
"With an independent developer at the helm, Undertow may not have the name recognition or marketing hype of some other games we've seen on the service. That doesn't mean you should pass up the chance to give it a shot. This is one of the best original titles on Live Arcade."
Closing comments:
"Undertow is a perfect fit for the Xbox Live Arcade. It's fast, fun, attractive and can support 16 players online. The concept is distilled down to the basics, letting the idea and its execution speak for themselves. At 800 Microsoft Points ($10 USD), this is a game that offers enough fun to support the price tag. Grab a few friends and dive in, the water's fine."
Overall score: 8.7/10
Carlos writes "Whether you love the Xbox One Backward Compatibility feature or you hate it, there’s no denying the program continues to go from strength to strength with each new title made playable on Xbox One. And now we get to see another fresh bunch of new additions make their way to the Xbox One - but are they worth heading back to once more."
And yet again..still no MW2 or MW3....WHY?????? :( Are they remastering I wonder??

Sounds like a fun game, think I'll try it out.

another must have indie game.
Indie games FTW! Nice game and great score + review. UE3 is really cool for both big budget titles and these indie ones.
gamespot will give 10/10
I'm thinking about picking this up, but I didn't want to renew my gold sub to play online. XBLA needs more of these and less "HD upgrades" from 20 year old games (SF not counting), Dorito games, and Yaris games. And please drop that damn size limit or increase it, Eternity's Child would have rocked. The XBLA file size requirement is smaller than the demos!! But I suppose that's because of the core users :/
