Famitsu.com has posted first images of King of Pirates, the new 3DS title from Keiji Inafune that we wrote about earlier under its Japanese name, Kai-oh.
The site reports that King of Pirates will have a pirate theme, but will follow the Sangokushi story. The game wil have over 300 characters.

Keji Inafune's latest game, King of Pirates for 3DS, has finally resurfaced after the development going silent on the game for months.
The game now has a release date for 2013. At least it wasn't cancelled, which many feared after the game wasn't spoken of for a long time.
