Independent leading UK publisher Rising Star Games have today created the world’s first virtual ‘twinning’, as their Harvest Moon videogame series has been twinned with Surrey Docks Farm in London. Most twinnings usually take place between similar major cities from different parts of the world. This is the first case of a real-world place twinning with a virtual reality environment.
Angelus Victor says: The Harvest Moon series, now what are perhaps known as the Story of Seasons series, have spawned a number of spin-off games that diverged a bit from the series's usual DNA. But today, I want to focus on a hidden gem that has long since laid dormant on the PlayStation 2 and the PSP: Innocent Life: A Futuristic Harvest Moon, as I think that even as we head into 2024, it is a must-play hidden gem for the PSP.
Okay, that is actually really surprising. I thought no one remembered this game. It was a very fun game indeed, and just as fun was the reviewers at the time complaining that it was not exactly like Harvest Moon.
This was such an odd and interesting game playing as a kid lol. I should return to it some day.
