Publisher Deep Silver and developer X1 Software reveal new official game website for their upcoming tactical shooter Iron Front: Liberation 1944 whose focus is the Russian campaign in southern Poland of 1944.
The game features a mixture of iconic tanks, aircraft, and infantry elements as well as shooter and strategy elements to offer a unique take on one of the least celebrated events of World War II.
Released today, Iron Front – Liberation 1944’s D-Day is the first downloadable content (DLC) update for the popular strategy title from Deep Silver. D-Day adds eight new single-player and six new multiplayer missions to the main game. Expansive landscapes in Normandy are featured, including the famous Omaha Beach where the Allied Forces launched Operation Overlord on June 6th, 1944.
