Looks weird. But very interesting, at the same time.

I hope it's not a strategy rpg I just don't like them. The game looks interesting I hope it has a good story like Ar Tonelico with a great story and beautiful music.

Legasista is Claydun for PS3. The game mechanics are good, but dang it it would ve been nice to have a big world to explore like in oldschool Zelda games, but instead it's just Hubworld and dungeon select with random dungeon, in typical NIS fashion, which is what they do best I suppose.

out of those 3, the witch and 100 knights is the most appealing to me. the rest just doesnt catch my attention.

NIS announce The Witch and the Hundred Cavalrymen for PlayStation 3

Gematsu: "Back in August, Nippon Ichi Software teased a new role-playing game in development. Today, a leak from this week’s Dengeki PlayStation has revealed it to be The Witch and the Hundred Cavalrymen, an action role-playing game for PlayStation 3."

NIS is awesome. Hoping NISA will bring this over.

Noctis Aftermath4600d ago

I first thought NIS might be trying for something similar to demon's souls, but after seeing the pic it's disappointing to see that it's just their usual stuff, won't be appealing to people who aren't interested in their other games.

Of course this is just my personal opinion about the artstyle of NIS.

tiffac0084599d ago

Well there are developers such as NIS that doesn't make games for everyone.

They know where their fanbase are, they don't plan to alienate that fanbase, they know their strong points and they don't have unrealistic sales expectations.

So for me this is a good thing not a bad one.

Sounds pretty neat. The seamless transition from town to field is definitely a cool feature.

Hicken4601d ago

Don't know what it is. Don't care. It's got NIS' name on it.

I WANT IT.

Kamikaze1354601d ago

Definitely excited for this!

Looking at this I'll only ever wonder what would have been if the industry had just waited a year or two to support HD consoles.

No wait I don't - only it took four years to see games like this.
